Samantha and Brian are just the best! I met this sweet go-with-the-flow couple last fall when I shot their engagement session and after spending an evening with them, was instantly jealous of the photographer for their hometown Rhode Island wedding!
Though they are still planning to have their full wedding with their loved ones back home next January, the uncertainty of the circumstances prompted them to plan a backyard mini-ceremony to officially tie the knot at their home in Spanish Town on their five year dating anniversary! I mean... how sweet, y'all!

A few special details:
Brian's wedding ring - with the special engraving that you see - was his grandfather's!
The jacket that you see in the last few photos was Samantha's father's who passed away this past summer. She said that it still smells like him and I am so glad we were able to capture his memory in their portraits.
All of Brian and Sam's family and friends were virtually present and raised a glass together, as their present friends popped confetti.
